How it works
First call to first sale in four steps
You make one phone call. We do the survey, the stock plan, the screens, the install and every restock after that. You get a statement each month.
The four steps
Typical time from survey to first sale: a few weeks.
Step 01 of 04 · Week 0
Free site survey
We visit, walk the site with you and check the four things that decide whether a machine works: power, footfall, placement and mobile signal. You get a straight answer on the day.
You need to
Give us half a day and whoever signs things off.
Step 02 of 04 · Week 1
Proposal: stock and screens for your sport
A written proposal with a planogram for your sport, the kiosk journeys we will switch on (check in, guest fees, match fees, bookings) and the commercial model that fits.
You need to
Read it, mark it up, pick a model.
Step 03 of 04 · Week 3 to 4
Install and connect
Delivery, positioning, 4G and wifi, payment terminal live, member accounts on, club branding on screen. Half a day, and the machine is selling the same afternoon.
You need to
A 13A socket and a clear doorway.
Step 04 of 04 · Every month after
Restock, service, report
Remote telemetry tells us stock, sales and faults. We restock before you run out, fix before you notice, and send a monthly statement into your books.
You need to
Nothing. Read the statement.
Three ways to have one
No commission percentage or price is published until it is agreed with your club. Every survey ends with a written proposal.

Getting started
How long from first call to first sale?
Typically a few weeks: survey in week 0, proposal in week 1, install in weeks 3 to 4. Delivery lead times for the cabinet can move this.
What does the site survey check?
Power (a 13A socket nearby), footfall across the week, a placement that is visible, secure and indoors, and mobile signal for the 4G link.
Do we have to sign up after the survey?
No. The survey is free and carries no obligation. If the site will not work we say so on the day.
Who owns the machine?
On the fully managed model, we do. On lease we still own it and you run the stock. On purchase, the club owns it outright.
Start with the survey
Free, half a day on site, no obligation. You get a written proposal with a stock plan and screens for your sport.
