The problem at squash clubs

01

Nobody behind the counter

Courts booked online, doors on a fob, and not a soul at reception.

02

Guest fees on trust

Members bring guests. The fee is meant to go in the box. Sometimes it does.

03

Dead balls

A double yellow dot that has lost its bounce, and nowhere to buy another.

04

Junior eyewear

Juniors need protective eyewear and the club has two shared pairs.

What we stock

A squash and racketball planogram, agreed with you and tuned from sales data. Junior eyewear rules to be checked with England Squash before we reference them. No high-caffeine energy drinks; the machines ship 2027-ready.

Every squash planogram is agreed with the club before install, then tuned from sales data. The club side of the machine (fees, check in, sign ups) sits on the same screen as the stock.

Why it works here

Nothing on this page is a statistic until it links to a source. England Squash figures to be added once verified.

Fob

access, online booking, empty reception: the typical members' club runs itself. Retail and guest fees are the bit that does not.

Club pattern, no statistic claimed
Guests

signed in by a member and paid on the kiosk, not left in an envelope at the bar.

Squash club questions

Can members pay guest fees on it?

Yes. A member signs in, picks the guest and pays. Reconciled to the club, no box to empty.

Does it connect to our booking system?

Club Locker is first on the list; MATCHi, CourtReserve and ClubRight follow. All are in development, described honestly as such.

Can it sell eyewear?

Yes, sealed protective eyewear in junior and adult sizes.

Can it take box league entries?

Yes, once the league system is connected. Entries and fees show up together.

Who restocks it?

On the fully managed model, we do. Remote telemetry tells us stock levels, sales and faults.

What does it cost?

Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved.
