About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by The Vending Club Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the site is for

The site is intended for sports clubs, venues and the people who run them, and gives general information about our vending kiosks and services. It is not a shop: nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by using the site or submitting a form.

Our services

Any kiosk placement, lease or purchase is governed by a separate written agreement with your club or venue. Descriptions, stock lists, screens and features on this site are illustrative and may vary by site, sport and commercial model. Commercial terms are set out in the written proposal that follows a site survey.

Information and estimates

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free from errors. The revenue calculator produces estimates based on the assumptions shown, which you can change. It is not a forecast or a guarantee of income, and you should not rely on it when making financial decisions.

Integrations

We describe an integration as working only once it is live. Integrations shown as in development or on the roadmap are not available yet, and we cannot promise when, or whether, they will be.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, images and software on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use or to share within your club. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Trademarks

Third-party names such as Playtomic, LTA ClubSpark and Play-Cricket are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, and their use does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation. Product brands shown on kiosk screens are illustrative and do not indicate a supply relationship.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, submitting false or automated form entries, or copying content at scale.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, such as the sources cited in our guides, we do so for information only and are not responsible for their content.

Our liability

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
