The problem at golf clubs
First tee at 6.30, shop at 9
Early starters and twilight golfers find the pro shop shut and nowhere to buy a sleeve of balls or a glove.
Visitors with nobody to pay
Green fee visitors arrive to an empty clubhouse, with no one to take payment or check them in.
The halfway house
Staffed on a busy Saturday, shut on a Tuesday. Nothing to drink between the 9th green and the 10th tee.
Lost balls, no spares
A player loses two balls on the 3rd and has nothing left for the back nine.
Range tokens and coins
Range balls still bought with tokens or coins from a machine that jams.
Walking past the pro shop
Members walk past the shop on the way home. A kiosk by the first tee catches them on the way out.
What we stock
A golf planogram built around the first tee and the turn, agreed with you and tuned from sales data. Brands shown on screen are illustrative, not partners. No high-caffeine energy drinks in any planogram; the machines ship 2027-ready.
Every golf planogram is agreed with the club before install, then tuned from sales data. The club side of the machine (fees, check in, sign ups) sits on the same screen as the stock.

Integrations for golf
Connects with your club systems
Many UK clubs run their tee sheet on systems such as BRS Golf, IntelligentGolf or Club V1. Knowing today's tee sheet lets the kiosk check players in and take green fees.
BRS Golf
Pull today's tee sheet so players check in on the kiosk and visitors pay green fees without a member of staff.

Golf club questions
Can visitors pay green fees on it?
Yes. A visitor picks their tee time, pays by contactless and is checked in. The club sees every green fee reconciled in the monthly statement.
Does it connect to our tee sheet?
Tee sheet integrations such as BRS Golf are on the roadmap. Until one is live we describe it honestly as on the roadmap, and tee times can be managed manually meanwhile.
Will it compete with our pro shop?
It complements it. The kiosk sells essentials when the shop is closed, and the extended shop screen can take orders for collection from the pro shop.
Where does it go?
Inside the clubhouse, locker room lobby or a covered area near the first tee. It is not weatherproof unless confirmed for a specific unit.
Can it replace the halfway house?
On quiet days, yes: drinks and snacks at the turn without staffing a hut. On busy days it takes the pressure off the queue.
Can it sell energy drinks?
No. From April 2027 high-caffeine drinks cannot be sold to under-16s in England. No TVC planogram includes them, including at clubs with junior sections.
What does it cost?
Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved; the site survey comes with a written proposal.
