The problem at bowls clubs
The bar is volunteer run
Open for league matches, shut for afternoon roll-ups. Members bring a flask and a bottle of water.
Roll-up money in a tin
Roll-ups, guest fees and spoon draws paid in cash into a tin on the bar, then counted on a Sunday night.
Match fees and teas
Captains collect match fees and tea money in cash, then hand an envelope to the treasurer.
Open days, no way to join
Open days bring new faces, but there is no way to pay or join on the spot, so many never come back.
What we stock
A bowls planogram for long afternoons on the green, agreed with you and tuned from sales data. The bar keeps the alcohol; the kiosk covers everything else. No high-caffeine energy drinks in any planogram.
Every bowls planogram is agreed with the club before install, then tuned from sales data. The club side of the machine (fees, check in, sign ups) sits on the same screen as the stock.

Bowls club questions
Can members pay roll-ups on it?
Yes. A member signs in with their mobile number, picks the roll-up and pays by contactless or from their account. Guests can be added in the same tap.
Is it easy for every member to use?
Large buttons, a clear starting screen and an accessibility control that lowers the whole interface to wheelchair height. Contactless means no PIN for small amounts.
What happens in winter?
Clubs with indoor rinks keep trading through the winter. At outdoor-only clubs the machine carries on serving social events and meetings.
Can it sell alcohol?
No. There are no age-restricted items at launch, so the bar keeps the alcohol and the kiosk covers soft drinks, snacks and fees.
Does it connect to our membership system?
Club system integrations are on the roadmap and described honestly until they are live. Members can sign in with a mobile number from day one.
What does it cost?
Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved; the site survey comes with a written proposal.
