The unstaffed venue problem

More venues run for most of the day with nobody on a desk. Padel sites in converted warehouses, floodlit 3G pitches at night, tennis clubs on a weekday afternoon. The booking system knows who is coming, but nothing on site uses that information.

Without check in, clubs cannot tell a no-show from a player who simply did not say hello, and they miss the moment when a player would happily buy balls, water or a session with a coach.

How check in works

  1. 01The player taps Check in on the kiosk home screen.
  2. 02They find today's booking by name, court or time.
  3. 03They confirm the group and check everyone in together.
  4. 04The kiosk offers what is useful next: a ball tube, water, a grip, a coaching slot.

Bookings on the same screen

The bookings hub shows courts, sessions, coaching and events from the club's own booking system. A player finishing a match can book the next one, or a beginner can find a coaching session, without opening another app.

Booking system integrations are built sport by sport. Playtomic and LTA ClubSpark come first for padel and tennis. See the integrations page for the current status of each.

Access control

Where a venue uses access control, door events can wake the kiosk and trigger an offer when someone arrives out of hours. This is on the roadmap and will be confirmed per site.
