Padel club questions
Can it sell rackets?
The cabinet takes compact items. A padel racket is about 46 cm long, so entry-level rackets depend on compartment dimensions. Racket hire needs a locker module for returns; we do not claim hire until that is added.
Do you work with Playtomic?
The Playtomic integration is in development via the Playtomic Connect partner programme. Until it is live we describe it honestly as in development, not as a partnership.
Does it work outdoors?
The machine sits in a lobby, clubhouse or covered area. It is not weatherproof unless confirmed for a specific unit.
How do players pay?
Contactless card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the terminal, or a TVC member account signed in with a mobile number or app QR. No cash.
Who restocks it?
On the fully managed model, we do. Remote telemetry tells us stock levels, sales and faults, so restocks happen before you notice.
Can we brand it with our club logo?
Yes. The header bar and promotion space on screen carry your club, and the cabinet can be wrapped.
What does it cost?
Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved; the site survey comes with a written proposal.
