It depends on the commercial model. On the fully managed model there is no upfront cost: we own, stock and service the machine and the club earns commission. Lease and purchase are also available. Every site survey ends with a written proposal.

On the fully managed model, we do. Remote telemetry reports stock, sales and faults, so restocks happen before shelves run empty. On lease or purchase, the club stocks it using our planogram and supplier pricing.

Faults alert us automatically. Service is included on the managed and lease models, and available on subscription if you buy the machine.

Yes. We start from a planogram built for your sport, agree it with you, then tune it from sales data. Club merchandise, match fees and guest fees can sit alongside the stock.

No. Contactless card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the terminal, or a member account signed in with a mobile number or app QR.

No. From April 2027 high-caffeine energy drinks cannot be sold to under-16s in England, and the government has called for a complete ban on vending sales. No TVC planogram includes them, so every machine ships 2027-ready.

Indoors: a clubhouse, pavilion, lobby or covered area with a 13A socket and mobile signal. It is not weatherproof unless confirmed for a specific unit.

Yes. The header bar and promotion space on screen carry your club, and the cabinet can be wrapped.

Yes. A reachable accessibility control lowers the whole interface to wheelchair height, and delivery is by lift to a hatch at a comfortable height.

Padel, tennis, cricket, pickleball, rugby, football, squash, hockey, climbing walls, gyms, golf and bowls. Each gets its own planogram and screens on the same machine.
