Tennis vending machines for clubs and courts
Balls and drinks when the clubhouse is shut. Guest fees paid on a touchscreen, not into an honesty tin. Built for LTA registered clubs.

- Contactless
- Fully managed
The problem at tennis clubs
Clubhouse shut midweek
Courts booked all week, shop and bar open on Saturday. Most players never see a member of staff.
The honesty tin
Guest fees paid, or not, into a tin by the gate. Nobody knows how much walked past it.
Balls in the boot
Coaches carry ball stock in their cars and sell it from a bag.
Juniors with no water
Sunday junior sessions, forty children, one tap and no bottles.
What we stock
A tennis planogram with junior balls and club merchandise, agreed with you and tuned from sales data. No high-caffeine energy drinks in any planogram; the machines ship 2027-ready.
Every tennis planogram is agreed with the club before install, then tuned from sales data. The club side of the machine (fees, check in, sign ups) sits on the same screen as the stock.

Membership and coaching sign up without a form on a clipboard.
Shown on placeholder golf screens. Tennis versions (guest fee by member, court check in) to be commissioned.

Connects with your club systems
ClubSpark is free to LTA registered venues, so most clubs are on it. Membership status is what makes guest fees work.

Why it works here
Largely volunteer run, no shop open midweek, guest fees still collected in honesty boxes. That is the gap.

Tennis club questions
Can members pay guest fees on it?
Yes. A member signs in, picks the guest and pays. The club sees every guest fee reconciled, no tin to count.
Does it connect to ClubSpark?
The ClubSpark integration is in development with the LTA and ClubSpark. Until it is live we describe it honestly as in development.
Can juniors use it?
Yes. Junior-friendly range, contactless or a parent's member account, and junior spend controls if built.
What about winter?
Indoor courts and floodlit sessions keep it busy all year. Sales dip in the coldest weeks, and the stock is tuned from sales data as it goes.
Can coaches restock their own balls from it?
Coaches can buy at a coach price on their account, so ball stock stops living in car boots.
Can it sell energy drinks?
No. From April 2027 high-caffeine drinks cannot be sold to under-16s in England. No TVC planogram includes them.
What does it cost?
Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved; the site survey comes with a written proposal.
