The problem at rugby clubs

01

Sunday morning, bar shut

Hundreds of parents and players on site from nine. The bar opens at twelve.

02

Forgotten gumshields

A junior turns up without a gumshield and cannot play. Every single week.

03

Subs in cash

Coaches collecting subs in cash, then chasing the ones who forgot.

04

Tape and strapping

Zinc oxide tape borrowed from the physio bag because nobody sells it.

What we stock

A rugby planogram with sealed boil-and-bite gumshields and a junior-friendly range. The cabinet is chilled and ambient, so no hot drinks. No high-caffeine energy drinks; the machines ship 2027-ready.

Every rugby planogram is agreed with the club before install, then tuned from sales data. The club side of the machine (fees, check in, sign ups) sits on the same screen as the stock.

Integrations for rugby

Connects with your club systems

Pitchero is heavily used in rugby and is the route to minis session fees and subs. RFU GMS is closed, so we do not build on it.

Rugby club questions

Can parents pay minis session fees on it?

Yes. Pick the age group, tap your child's name, pay. Coaches never handle cash.

Does it read our Pitchero data?

The Pitchero integration is in development. Until it is live we describe it honestly as in development.

Does it sell gumshields?

Yes, sealed boil-and-bite gumshields in junior and adult sizes. Forgotten one? Two minutes and back on the pitch.

Can it do hot drinks?

No. The cabinet is chilled and ambient. It sits alongside the bar and the tea hut, not instead of them.

Can it sell energy drinks?

No. From April 2027 high-caffeine drinks cannot be sold to under-16s in England. No TVC planogram includes them.

What does it cost?

Depends on the model: fully managed revenue share, lease or purchase. No prices are published until approved.
